Tasting Notes: floral and light
 
Description: The multi-layered flavors in this coffee make it so interesting and an enjoyable daily drink. We roast this coffee to a medium roast, which allows a natural sweetness and floral--(jasmine?)--flavor. Personally, I think it has nutty flavors as well.
